Terms & Conditions
- Winning bidders must contact us by telephone or eMail within 24 hours of auction closure to confirm your purchase or the vehicle may be relisted or sold to any other qualified buyer.
- All funding must be received within 5 days of auction closure or we reserve the right to relist or sell to any other qualified buyer.
- Successful high bidder will submit a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit in the form of a cashiers check or certified funds within 48 hours of the auction ending.
- This vehicle is being sold "as is", unless a warranty is in effect from the factory. An extended warranty may be purchased from the Nalley Automotive Group.
- We may or may not have floor mats or additional keys available for you. We will be happy to obtain floor mats and additional keys for you at minimal (our wholesale) cost.
- Georgia buyers pay applicable sales tax. Buyers outside of Georgia are responsible for applicable taxes in your state.
- Documentation fee varies by dealership
- All financial transactions should be completed within five days of an auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made with us.
- Seller accepts cashier's checks, certified funds from known financial institutions.
- We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion or due to pre sale.
